Welcome! We are the Senior Architectural Studio at Appalachian State University. We are working on a design-build project for the Sustainable Development Department's Blackburn Vannoy Farm. We will be posting photos and updates about the construction phase of the project on the blog while also giving you a background of our entire semester.

Welcome!

The Blackburn Farm Design Build is a senior studio class in the Technology and Environmental Design Department at Appalachian State University. We are currently working with the Sustainable Development Department to design and build an outdoor classroom on the 369 acre Blackburn Vannoy Farm where students currently take classes and learn sustainable farm practices.

We will be posting updates on the design and building process for the project.
